Piazza Liberta is in and out a family run business and has been established in June 2000. Ever since we are continuously striving to meet our clients’ needs and respond to their desires and requirements. We have empowered heart and soul to provide our guests with a warm and welcomed environment where upon arrival our guest will soon find themselves surrounded by the “at home” feeling. Piazza Liberta with its everlasting tradition of throwing peanut shells on the wooden floor mostly accompanied by drinking a large glass of beer, has for years been renowned as the so called “peanut bar”. This fun and charming tradition evolves from the simple fact that the oil in the peanut shells serves as a nutriment for the wooden floor! Piazza Liberta offers its guests a laid back and pleasant atmosphere where our guests can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a beer or drink in the afternoon and evening hours. Apart from this we also serve a rich variety of breakfast, lunch, salads and the best waffles in town! This makes it an excellent place for a quick coffee or lunch or meeting your business partners and friends and not realizing how fast time has passed. Piazza Liberta or in translation “Square of Freedom” names after its Macedonian equivalent and dates back to Old Skopje where on this precise location the Square of Freedom was located.
